Global Girls Leading Our World, G.L.O.W., is a multi-issue, multi-strategy 501(c)(3) organization that creates and operates innovative programs to mentor girls to overcome barriers, grow up strong and make their communities stronger. All in pursuit of one bold mission—to ignite the power of women and girls as a force for global transformation. Our programs in 27 countries are developed through the insights we learn from the 5,600+ girls in our after-school clubs and summits. We develop and pilot unique programming in Santa Ana, California that we mobilize across our global network to meet the real needs of today’s girls and tomorrow’s women leaders.
