It’s the understatement of the century to say that 2020 was completely unpredictable,” says co-founder and co-artistic director Leslie Ann Leytham. “We received tremendous support for our artist communities at the onset of the pandemic and subsequent sheltering-in-place, and have all made the adjustment from public to virtual life together. “As we set our sights towards an equally uncertain new year and our second season, we are rethinking the ways in which we now consume our entertainment and media throughout this ongoing pandemic. Rather than present live concerts and stream them to our audience, we realized this was an excellent opportunity to instead create a series of multimedia events specifically designed for the screen. The three events in our 2021 season will only exist in the virtual realm, having been designed to be filmed rather than performed for a live audience. This allows the audience to more fully experience the creativity and talent of these amazing artists.”
