Hailing from Mexico City’s Fifty Mills, Ramirez is known for creating one of a kind cocktails in an eclectic, innovative and unpretentious environment. The bustling gastropub Fifty Mills was added to “The World’s 50 Best Bars” list, and has been awarded on several recent occasions. For three consecutive years, it has been the winner of the World Class Mexico category and of Mexico’s Best Hotel Bar, for two years in a row, in Travel + Leisure magazine’s Hotel Awards.
