Solvang means “Sunny Fields” in Danish; and all are invited to enjoy locally grown foods, wines, beers and diverse cuisine plus discover the rich cultural and culinary heritage of the area known as “California’s Denmark” in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley Wine Country.

Sip & Savor at Hotel Corque: Enjoy the beautiful Hotel Corque, as you sip and savor from Solvang’s premier establishments. Featuring 25+ of Solvang’s best chefs, bakers, caterers, winemakers, brewers, distillers and artisans presenting a smorgasbord of locally-inspired savory bites, wine, beer and cocktails.
Sip & Savor After-Party at Hotel Corque: Enjoy unlimited signature Danish desserts, chocolates, sweets and wines while you dance to Sean Wiggins and her band. Must be 21 years+ to enjoy this event.
March 16, 2019:
Culinary Tasting Trail: Enjoy the Culinary Tasting Trail which features multiple pop-up culinary tasting trail stops throughout downtown Solvang. At each stop, taste from a variety of restaurants, cafés, and food artisans while exploring the quaint Danish town. As a bonus, Hans Christian Andersen Museum, Elverhoj Museum of History & Art and The Wildling Museum will offer free admission for Culinary Tasting Trail ticket holders throughout the weekend.
Wine & Beer Walk (Day 1): More than a dozen stops at downtown tasting rooms pouring their vintages and samples of craft beer into the prized Taste of Solvang souvenir glass including Cali Love Wine, Casa Cassara Winery, Copenhagen Sausage Garden, D. Volk Wines, Dascomb Cellars, Feliz Noche Cellars, Good Life Cellars Lion’s Peak Vineyards, Lucas & Lewellen Vineyards, Lucky Dogg Winery, Solvang Brewing Company, Toccata Wines, Twenty Mile Winery and Wandering Dog Wine Bar. Must be 21 years+ to enjoy this event. Wine & Beer Walk ticket is valid for both Saturday and Sunday.
Buttonwood Farm Winery & Root 246 “Thinking Outside the Box” Dinner Join Root 246 Chef De Cuisine Crystal “Pink” DeLongpre and Buttonwood Farm Winery winemaker Karen Steinwachs for an edgy, untraditional “outside the box” five-course dining experience. Menu highlights include uni risotto paired with a dry hopped sauvignon blanc; heritage pork belly accompanied by a naturally fermented sparkling wine; and a squab breast with a carbonic cabernet franc.

Sunday Brunch with Bottomless Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar Created and served by Executive Chef Brooke Stockwell at K’Syrah Catering Events Center. Includes brunch buffet featuring Seasonal Veggie Frittata, Sides, House Smoked Goat Cheese and Lox Crostini and Bottomless Mimosas AND Bottomless “Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar” OR Bottomless Coffee, Tea and Juice.
